Thomas G. Fee
Principal, Managing Partner
Tom’s distinctive entrepreneurial nature inspired him to found Vector Wealth Management in 1993, where he is a Principal, Managing Partner, and Advisor. His vision for Vector is a firm which searches relentlessly for unique solutions that provide each client with financial understanding and confidence. Tom is a key member of Vector's Investment Committee, which is responsible for securities selection and client portfolio allocations. He was instrumental in the creation of the PensionTRAC™ system, the second application he has developed for the financial services industry. He has served on national advisory boards, speaks at a number of professional investment conferences, has written and contributed to numerous articles, and is a wealth advisor for Today’s Business Radio on WCCO in the Twin Cities. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado.
Michael A. Ricci, Jr., CFP®
Principal
Mike has been both a Principal and Advisor at Vector Wealth Management since 1996, providing insight and recommendations anchored in more than 25 years of financial expertise. He is a key member of Vector's Investment Committee, responsible for securities selection and client portfolio allocations. Mike serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and works closely with the Portfolio Management Group. He has given seminars on retirement planning, estate planning, and tax-advantaged investing. Mike spoke at Charles Schwab & Co.’s national advisory conference in 2007, served as a member of a national broker/dealer advisory board, and has contributed many articles on investing and asset management to various publications. He received the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) in 1989. Mike holds his BA in History from St. John’s University.

Sharon L. Calhoun, CFP®, ChFC®
Principal
Sharon joined Vector Wealth Management in 2000. Her persistent attention to detail enables her to serve as both a Principal and the Director of the Advanced Planning/Client Services group. Her team is centrally responsible for the individualized preparation and maintenance of the PensionTRAC™, as well as retirement, estate, insurance, and tax planning. Sharon has a solid 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Vector, she worked as an Annuity Services Specialist with Minnesota Life (Securian) where she supervised a team of Annuity Service Technicians. She is a licensed insurance agent who also embraced the challenges of earning her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in 2006 and her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 2007. Sharon holds a BS degree from Mankato State University and is in the process of completing a Master of Science in Financial Services degree.

Samuel G. Rouman, AIF®, CFP®, ChFC®
Advisor
Sam joined Vector Wealth Management in 2004. He is an Advisor and a member of Vector’s Investment Committee, responsible for securities selection and client portfolio allocations. He also consults with clients and co-manages the company’s 401(k) business relationships. Prior to joining Vector, Sam was vice president in the Business Valuation Group at a business and real estate valuation company, and spent a decade in financial product development and management. Sam earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 1989 and his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 1990. He is Vice President for the American Association of Individual Investors Twin Cities chapter and has taught personal finance at the University of St. Thomas. Sam earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and received his MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Kenneth C. Kauth
Advisor
K.C. joined Vector Wealth Management in 2010 as an Advisor. He is also a member of Vector's Investment Committee, responsible for securities selection and client portfolio allocations. Prior to joining Vector, he had twenty-six years of financial advisory experience working with clients in the Twin Cities area. K.C. holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa.
Joseph C. Grochowski, CFP®, ChFC®, AAMS®
Advisor
Joe joined Vector Wealth Management in 2011 as an Advisor. He is a member of Vector’s Investment Committee, which is responsible for securities selection and client portfolio allocations. Joe came to Vector with over nine years of financial advisory experience and was named a FIVE STAR Wealth Manager for 2011 by Minneapolis-St.Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business. Prior to joining Vector, Joe was head of the Investment Services Department for a bank in the Twin Cities. He received the designation of Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) in 2003, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) in 2008, and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) in 2011. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas.

Carlotta J. Renner
Advanced Planning / Client Services
Carla joined Vector Wealth Management in 2005 and is part of the Advanced Planning/Client Services team, where she assists with the preparation of the PensionTRAC™ prior to client review meetings and communicates directly with clients to maintain their accounts. She is a member of Vector's Compliance Review Board and performs administration for Vector Insurance Service, LLC. In addition, Carla is responsible for various projects at the firm including database management, compliance initiatives, and technology integration. Prior to joining Vector, Carla was a paralegal at a Minneapolis law firm. She has 20 years of experience in customer service and supervisory roles, as well as a six-year background in administration. Carla holds Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees in Business Management, Marketing, and Paralegal from North Hennepin Community College.
Krista L. Schumacher
Advanced Planning / Client Services
Krista joined Vector Wealth Management in 2007 and is a member of the Advanced Planning/Client Services team. Krista assists with the preparation of the PensionTRAC™ prior to client meetings, contributes to advanced financial planning, assists in account maintenance, processes cash flows, and carries out various projects for the firm. She is also responsible for accounts payable. Prior to joining Vector, she worked as an assistant loan processor. Krista holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Metropolitan State University.
Elizabeth T. Seidel
Advanced Planning / Client Services
Liz jointed Vector Wealth Management in 2011 and is a member of the Advanced Planning/Client Services team. Liz coordinates the client-meeting schedule, assists in account maintenance, processes cash flows, oversees client correspondence, and carries out various projects for the firm. Prior to joining Vector, she worked in customer service for over five years. Liz holds a Bachelor's degree from Bethel University.
Dustin M. Robbins
Advanced Planning / Client Services
Dustin joined Vector Wealth Management in 2011 and is a member of the Advanced Planning/Client Services team. He works closely with Advisors and the Portfolio Management Group to help identify and implement advanced financial planning strategies for Vector's wide range of clientele. Additionally, Dustin monitors and manages client accounts and interfaces with Vector's strategic alliances on a daily basis to provide the highest level of service for clients. He has four years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Vector, he worked with a financial services firm based in the Twin Cities. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas.
Jason D. Ranallo
Portfolio Management Group
Jason joined Vector Wealth Management in 2005 and leads the Portfolio Management Group, which works closely with advisors to develop short- and long-term portfolio allocation strategies to help clients achieve their goals. Jason is a key member of Vector's Investment Committee, which is responsible for securities selection and client porfolio allocations. He has seven years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Vector, he worked with an investment bank and securities firm, where he managed the workflow and trading for the mutual fund operations group. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth and is a CFA Level III candidate.
David A. Slegh
Portfolio Management Group
David joined Vector Wealth Management in 2008 and is a member of the Portfolio Management Group. He is responsible for monitoring portfolios on a daily basis, as well as the creation of investment recommendations based on analyses of client accounts. Additionally, David assists advisors in their initial portfolio examinations and investment policy design. He provides ongoing research for investment manager selections and portfolio allocations for Vector’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Vector, he worked as a small-business analyst. David graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Management. David is a CFA Level III candidate.
Jacob A. Ranallo
Portfolio Management Group
Jacob joined Vector Wealth Management in 2011 and is a member of the Portfolio Management Group. This group works closely with advisors to develop short- and long-term portfolio allocation strategies to help clients achieve their goals. Jacob assists with monitoring porfolios on a daily basis, conducting research, and providing updates on specific investments. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance from St. John's University.
Philip A. Schimke
Operations Manager
Phil joined Vector Wealth Management in 2005. He is responsible for calculating portfolio performance, producing client statements, creating customized reports, technology integration, and website administration. He also ensures that Vector’s systems and numerous custom software applications are reliable, current, and running smoothly. In addition, Phil serves on the Compliance Review Board. He has 20 years of experience in financial services, which includes working with individual and institutional clients’ investment portfolios within the broker/dealer, bank trust company, and investment advisor environments. Phil is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a BA in Economics.
